Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC ("we," "us") provides the www.FoundFreedom.com web publications, as well as other solutions (collectively, "Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement and the Terms of Use Agreements for the particular Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solution (s) you use. By using any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions, visiting the Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC websites or becoming a member of Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions. If you are not at least 18 years old, please do not access or use any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions.

This Agreement is made between Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC and you, the user of any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions ("you"). We reserve the right at any time to:

Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Change any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of any of the Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions; or
Change any fees or charges for use of any Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions.

Any changes we make will be effective seven (7) days after notice of any change is provided to you, which may be done by means including, without limitation, posting on our web sites or via electronic mail. A. Privacy Policy

D. Membership and Membership

Registration
Currently, we do not require users to become members of Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC in order to have access to free commentary, analysis and news from our web sites, but if you'd like to receive one or more of our free email newsletters, we require you to register here to become a member. In order to register as a member, you'll have to pick a unique User Name and password, and supply us with your email address, zip code, and, if you like, a daytime telephone number where we can reach you. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate and complete and that you will update us if it changes. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement. Please note that we may refuse to grant you a User Name that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive, or might cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Subscribing to Advanced solutions
If you'd like access to one or more of our advanced solutions, we require you first to join as a member of Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC. Then you'll need to supply us with the information specified on the join form. Again, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of our solutions.

You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to any solution to any third party. If you are a member, and you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information, and immediately notify our customer service department by email at . YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.
- Fees and Payment Information
  Current membership rates and charges for Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC solutions available on our solutions page. Generally, payment for your membership is due in advance of the membership period you select. If you have chosen to take a free trial, payment is due at the end of the free trial. If the solution you selected required you to provide your credit card information at registration, then at the end of your free trial, you will be charged for the initial term of your membership, unless you cancel at or prior to the end of your free trial.

Termination
This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. In addition, we reserve the right, upon 10 business days notice and the reimbursement of any whole months remaining on your membership, to terminate this Agreement without cause.

Please note that, because we occasionally host forums on our web sites and therefore redistribute materials you give us, we need to obtain certain rights in those materials. By sending or transmitting to us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, information, or other materials (collectively, "Materials"), or by posting such Materials to any area of our web sites, you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicense (through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import such Materials in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Materials. You agree to personal jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in Nevada, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. This, together with all Foundation for Financial Freedom, LLC policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes and any all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between us. We reserve the right to require you to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement.
